How Far Is the Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort From Honolulu Airport?
Dependent on traffic, Honolulu International Airport is approximately 45 minutes from the Moana Surfrider.

Is the Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort Located On The Beach?
Yes, the property is located directly on Waikiki beach with many rooms directly facing the Pacific.

What Are The Directions From Honolulu Airport?
From the airport, take the H1 freeway to Nimitz Highway which will turn into Ala Moana Boulevard. Make a right on Kalakaua Avenue (2 miles past Ala Moana Mall). The Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort is located approximately 2 miles down Kalakaua Avenue on the right hand side.

How Do I Arrange For Transportation To And From The Airport?
We can assist in arranging transportation in advance of your arrival. You may confirm with Sheraton Central Reservations or by calling the hotel direct at (808) 922-3111 and asking for guest services.

How Much Does It Cost To Get To/From The Airport By Taxi Or Shuttle?
A taxi will cost approximately $50; a shuttle $10 per person, each way to and from Waikiki. Additional charges may apply for baggage.

What Is The Cost Of Parking?
Currently, parking is available at our sister hotel, Sheraton Princess Kaiulani, in its parking garage at the following prices: Self-parking $20.00 Valet parking $25.00 Guests can re-enter the garage as often as they wish without incurring additional expense over the daily amount. Daily parking costs will be added to your guest folio. The garage is located just across the street; however, the traffic pattern in Waikiki requires you add a few extra minutes to your pick-up time should you be returning to the hotel to get someone, due to one-way streets. NOTE: Height restrictions limited to: 6 Feet 5 inches; oversize vehicle parking is limited and all prices subject to change.

Are In-House Massages Available?
Yes, we can arrange through Abhasa Spa at The Royal Hawaiian starting from $190.00 for 50 minutes.

Do you have internet access?
Available in each guest room through Long-Reach Ethernet (LRE) broadband access technology. Guests using their own laptops or hotel supplied computers can log onto high speed broadband Internet connections from their rooms at speeds of up 5 megabits per second to access the Internet, corporate networks, email, and other key applications.  Wireless access, available in hotel common areas, at the pool and in all hotel meeting spaces, is delivered by Sprint Hawaii through wireless area local area network (WLAN) access points that support existing and future 802.11 technologies.  Guests with wirelessly enabled laptops and devices can connect to the Internet at speeds up to 50 times faster than dial-up connections.  Current rates: $4.14 for 2 hours, $13.56 for 24 hours, or 7 days for $67.81 all prices include taxes. Drinks are available at the Beach Bar from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 a.m.

Our sister hotel, the Sheraton Princess Kaiulani has a full medical facility and is located just across the street.

Yes, located in the lobby. Several banking facilities are also within walking distance of the hotel.

Do You Have Hawaiian Entertainment?
Yes at the Banyan Courtyard from 5:30 p.m. daily.

When Do You Have A Historical Tour?
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 11:00 a.m. & 5:00 p.m.

Where Can I Exchange Money?
The hotel front desk is able to assist you with this 24 hours a day. There are also several financial institutions located near the hotel.

Yes, we have multi-lingual staff in many positions.

Do You Have A Hospitality Room In The Hotel?
Yes; hospitality rooms are currently located in the Banyan Wing of the hotel and are used by guests as requested.

Which Restaurants Offer An Ocean View?
We would like to recommend on-site restaurants: Beachside Café and the Banyan Veranda. At our sister property the Royal Hawaiian Hotel, we would like to recommend the Surf Room. And, 30 stories above Waikiki Beach, offering breathtaking views is The Hanohano Room at Sheraton Waikiki.

What Time Is Sunset?
It varies according to the season. Hawaii does not participate in Daylight Savings Time, so sunset will vary from between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Where's The Best Luau?
At our sister property, you will enjoy the Royal Luau at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel held Monday evenings only. There is also the "Creation" show at the Princess Kaiulani five nights a week.

How Far Is Diamond Head?
About 2.5 miles from the hotel and it is a great run in the morning or you may taxi to the crater and the beginning of the trail to the top.
